Registered Non-Profit Association under the Finnish Patent and Registration Office (PRH). The association holds legal personality under the Finnish Associations Act (Yhdistyslaki) and is entered in the Finnish Register of Associations.
Operating strictly as a non-commercial, non-governmental entity serving educational, cultural, and public benefit purposes without political or commercial profit motives. No part of the association's assets or income is distributed to members, board members or private individuals.
All donations and resources are deployed exclusively to sustain non-profit community programs and educational outreach. Accounts are maintained for each financial year and presented to the membership at the annual general meeting.
Registry record
The general meeting of members elects the board, approves the annual report and discharges the board from liability.
Meeting minutes, financial statements and activity reports are recorded and retained in line with Finnish statutory requirements.
