This website is operated by Suomi-Venäjä-Seuran - Samfundet Finland-Ryssland Kiteen osasto ry, a non-profit association registered in the Finnish Register of Associations under PRO: 30664502, with its registered office at Hämeenkatu 20, 33200 Tampere, Finland. 2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site. Continued use after a change to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

3. Purpose and non-commercial nature

This website exists solely to inform the public about the association's cultural, educational, integration and humanitarian activities and its governance. It is not a commercial platform: no goods or services are sold, and no advertising space is offered. Voluntary contributions described on the Support Us page are donations to a non-profit association and are not purchases.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, discriminatory or harassing purposes.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data.
• Do not interfere with the availability of the site, including through automated overloading or scraping that degrades service.
• Do not submit malicious code, spam or misleading information through our contact form.
• Do not misrepresent yourself as a representative of the association.

5. Intellectual property (non-commercial notice)

Unless otherwise stated, the text, layout, logo, graphics and structure of this site are the property of the association or are used with permission. Educational and cultural material published here may be quoted or reproduced for non-commercial educational, journalistic or civil-society purposes provided that the association is credited and the meaning is not distorted. Commercial reuse, resale or use of the association's name or emblem to imply endorsement requires prior written permission.

Links to public authorities, partner associations and other external resources are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and accept no responsibility for their content, availability or privacy practices.

7. Accuracy and availability

Information on this site is provided in good faith for general information purposes. Programme details, dates and contact arrangements may change. The site is provided on an "as available" basis; as a volunteer-run association we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Finnish law, the association, its board members, members and volunteers are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, from reliance on its content, or from technical unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory Finnish law, including liability for intent or gross negligence.

Guidance published about local services, integration procedures or historical topics is informational only and does not constitute legal, immigration, financial, medical or other professional advice. Always confirm official requirements with the competent Finnish authority.

Personal data submitted through this site is processed as described in our Privacy Policy, in accordance with the GDPR.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any dispute arising from the use of this website shall be resolved by the courts of Finland, with Tampere District Court, Finland as the court of first instance, unless mandatory consumer or procedural law provides otherwise.
